Job Description
To start with, the position of Global IHQ Business Controller sits comfortably in the Global Group Control Department. An incredibly diverse team that helps each other learn, grow and develop. Just how we like it! As a Global IHQ Business Controller you will be asked to be the financial business partner to Central Function (HQ) teams, and Financially responsible for P&L below GP, Balance Sheet and Operating Working Capital and Business partner to IT. Other Central Function could be expected from the Business Controller, like; Marketing, HR, Facilities, R&D and Supply Chain.
For this, we don’t just need you to be a knowledgeable professional but also strongly rely on your interpersonal skills as well as your drive for success. Know that you’ll have a crucial role in creating and protecting the impact we look for in our value chain. With this said, we like you to take responsibility over the following tasks:

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT & PROJECTS:

• Participate/lead (cross-)functional, local as well as international projects.
• Be a high performing finance professional through strong coordination skills with budget holders, other business controllers and financial controllers.
• Act as a linking pin between departments and the controllers team - ensure cross-functional alignment.

• Minimum 8-10 years relevant working experience, preferably in similar IT Business Control roles.
• Strongly analytical and experienced business modelling (financial and non-financial)
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Stakeholder Management.
• Strong understanding of (commercial) business acumen.
