WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are currently looking for a candidate who holds a University Degree, with the additional advantage of an MBA. Your extensive professional background encompasses over 10 years of experience in multinational corporations, ideally within a matrix organizational framework.
Your expertise lies in Trade Marketing, Category Management, or Sales within the FMCG sector, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the industry.
You are a team player with an entrepreneurial mindset, inquisitive nature, and proactive work ethic.
Your proficiency in Shopper Marketing, Category Management, and Trade Marketing would be highly valued.
Fluency in English is imperative, and proficiency in other languages would be viewed favorably.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The role offers a great platform to develop and strengthen key Business Management fundamentals:
Portfolio Management: working cross-functionally with Central Marketing teams and Local teams, supporting the category development and its execution across the different markets and channels by defining the right range architecture based on key shopping missions and shopper needs
Channel Activation: in straight collaboration with the Sales Business Development’s Channels’ teams and Business Unit partners (Trade Marketing and Channel leader’s teams), supporting the definition of the channel-specific Business Blueprint strategies and coordinate its Global deployment via fostering learning sharing and cross-fertilization
Brand Activation strategies: co-drive Brand presence and campaign execution across channels through excellence in in-store vision, strategy, execution and tracking in alignment with the Global Activity Grid priorities – define and validate with the business community the KPIs to track the execution excellence; review and report the commercial performance, generate insights/recommendation and corrective actions to nurture continuous improvement of the commercial dimensions
Successful innovation deployment: support new product launches by acting as the pivotal point between Central Marketing and the Commercial community and deliver best in class Go-to-Market Strategy (shopper and category understanding, channel portfolio recommendations, pricing strategy, merchandising principles etc.)
Multifaceted organization matrix management: ensure effective project management, co-ordination, and communication within the Ferrero ecosystem to ensure full alignment on key business priorities amongst all key Stakeholders both centrally and locally
