Responsibilities:

The Procurement team “Capex & Facilities” within Procurement Indirects at Beiersdorf Group is an international team of Global Category Managers covering the categories Real Estate, Engineering, Construction, Machines, Facility Management, Facility Services and Energy Supply. We are responsible for providing Procurement support to our global portfolio of production centers, distribution centers, management units, and facilities across 150 affiliates worldwide. Dealing with high investment volumes and strategic demands, our team requires individuals with strong strategic procurement and project management skills.

  • Define and deploy global strategies and execute international Project Procurement tasks within Capex & Facilities Categories
  • Accountable for contract handling and negotiation to optimize category spend against overall targets, ensuring maximum Procurement value contribution
  • Ensure compliance with Procurement standards, methods, and processes while effectively managing stakeholders and maintaining a sustainable interface with demand owners and the Procurement community
  • Serve as a reliable expert to share Procurement and category know-how within and beyond the international area, fostering knowledge exchange and continuous improvement
  • Drive supplier relationship management within your category, seek innovative solutions, and actively contribute to the further development of Procurement practices
