Description:

QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Completed Master’s Degree with a focus on marketing, communication or similar
  • Experience in Channel Marketing, Sales Marketing or similar either at regional, or global level, ideally in the Automotive sector
  • Experience in marketing of products or services that require explanation
  • Experience in project management and working with suppliers and agencies
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix and sound digital media knowledge
  • Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyse and act on reporting data
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to work cross-functionally, ideally in matrix / networked organizations
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Create, coordinate and deliver channel marketing initiatives, projects and campaigns consistent with brand strategy and strategic goals of the business across the agreed and focus segments e.g. Automotive
  • Maintain and promote the FUCHS corporate image and brand positioning through the focus channels
  • Collaborate with market segment managers and networks to gather product and channel insights to create messages and relevant content for the different channels
  • Prepare, initiate, and maintain channel marketing strategies, which incorporate such things as campaigns, global templates, content for Web Page, Trade Shows, PR, etc.
  • Assist in the development and the co-ordination of the channel advertising/brand campaign and management of media buyers and communication suppliers
  • Ensure the latest approved marketing material is communicated throughout the organisation
  • Recommend participation of FUCHS at relevant functions/events consistent with increasing company profile and positioning in the identified market segment
  • Ability to monitor external factors that affect the business and adopt and apply new ideas to respond to changes is essential
