REQUIREMENTS / PROFIL

• Master of computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification (desirable)
• At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow
• At least 2 years of experience in CMDB architecture design
• At least 3 years of experience in ITSM processes
• Experience with other ServiceNow modules and applications (desirable)
• Experience in project management (desirable)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (desirable)
• Fluent English in speech and word

• Create and establish a standardized and valuable CMDB/AMDB model in cooperation with IT Service, Application and Process Owners
• Define end-to-end CMDB/AMDB architecture and drive continual improvements with focus on automation and standarisation
• Consult and support CMDB users to work efficiently with CMDB
• Ensure smooth and efficient integrations to other data sources for automated CMDB maintenance
• Take over ownership for related ITSM processe
