The Digital Services team in our Productivity Services organization is now seeking a Global Commercial Owner or as we call it Service Offer Owner Dig Assist, to drive, commercialize and deliver services for the operator using Volvo CE Excavators.
In practice you will help customers enhance productivity, reduce CO2 emissions, and improve operational quality and cost.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • 2+ years of experience of commercial responsibility, account management, or related role
  • Experience in pricing and/or commercial sale support
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Structured, analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant experience in construction and excavator machines is highly valued, but we are open for candidates who demonstrate a strong enthusiasm and willingness to grow through learning
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus

ABOUT THE ROLE

Welcome to a dynamic opportunity where you play a pivotal role in providing excavator operator services globally. As the key driver of our commercial roadmap and service lifecycle, you will be the trusted advisor and commercial interface for our valued clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Commercial Roadmap: Develop and execute commercial roadmaps, value propositions, business models and pricing
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including market areas, technical organization, support and marketing, to incorporate customer feedback and enhance satisfaction
  • Market Coordination: Engage with regional and market teams as well as dealerships to effectively sell and support services on the ground. Also, to build strong relationships with to drive adoption, satisfaction, and loyalty
  • Market Insight: Analyze insights from stakeholders for product/service and business decisions
  • Customer Experience: Collect customer feedback to identify and resolve issues to ensure a seamless experience
