QUALIFICATIONS

  • University Graduate with a specialization in business law or data privacy regulation
  • (Ideally) experience in contract management or data protection
  • Good knowledge of data protection and contract law
  • Excellent knowledge of standard office applications
  • Fluent in German and English language (written and spoken)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills and the ability to learn quickly, work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proactive, well organized with ability to effectively manage volume and prioritize accordingly, work under pressure and meet set deadlines
  • Sound commercial judgment and meticulous attention to detail while being results orientated
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to provide effective advice and counsel on contract management and data protection matters

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the embedding process in the local FHCS organizations across the globe and put measures in place to ensure full understanding and adherence to our policies and guidelines
  • You are the global key contact person/point of reference for all questions in the field of contract management and data protection and provide guidance to FHCS legal entities to ensure compliance with internal regulations and applicable law
  • Support continuous improvement activities
  • Track and monitor corrective actions resulting from self-assessments and audits
  • Actively drive regular exchange and best practice sharing among the global FHCS contract organizers and Data Protection Partner Community
  • First Level Support for Contract Management System and data protection tools for local organizations and close collaboration with IT
