REQUIREMENTS

  • 6+ years of experience in CRM, encompassing campaign strategy, messaging, segmentation, and A/B testing.
  • Proven track record in enhancing sales pipeline, conversion ratios, and CLV.
  • Strong technical proficiency with CRM tools/systems, preferably Hubspot.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable in a scrappy, fast-paced environment, adept at quick learning, iteration, and decision-making.
  • Equally comfortable with crafting creative messaging and analyzing spreadsheets to quantify results.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Sleek is hiring for a Global CRM Lead to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth and customer engagement through a best-in-class customer marketing experience. The role will have direct ownership of Lead Management & scoring globally, with the objective to increase marketing & sales effectiveness. It will also develop lifecycle management strategies, to drive revenue growth of existing customers.
The role reports directly to Sleek’s Chief Revenue Officer, and will work closely with the Global Sales, eCommerce & Global Brand leads to identify opportunities and develop campaigns targeting customers at all stages of their journey.
The ideal candidate is a HubSpot ninja. You are highly analytical, data-driven & believe in the scientific method. You are extremely customer-focused and always apply good sense & business acumen to check on your decisions. You excel in a dynamic environment, and effectively collaborate across multicultural teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Increase lead qualification accuracy to increase inbound sales team’s conversion rate
  • Improve sequences & workflows for lead engagement to improve sales team efficiency
  • Provide continuous feedback to traffic acquisition teams on lead quality and recommend improvements
  • Develop & execute the strategic roadmap for existing customers engagement campaigns to support overarching marketing and business goals
  • Improve targeting and relevancy of campaigns, working with Data and analytics teams to create audience segments as needed
  • Embrace a data-driven test-and-learn approach to email creative, list targeting, and messaging
  • Manage 1 CRM specialist
