ABOUT US
Dyson is growing fast and our ambition is huge – more categories, more locations and more people. Our technology is unique and complex, so it’s up to us to explain it clearly.
Dyson Professional brings Dyson technology to businesses globally. From hand dryers and hair dryers, to vacuums, purifying fans and lighting, Dyson technology is engineered with employees and guests in mind. This role sits within our Customer Acquisition and Engagement team, and is a key strategic priority as we look to begin the next phase of our ambitious growth plans for the B2B Professional channel, reporting into the Senior Global Acquisition and Engagement Manager.
We prioritise our campus culture and do not offer a regular hybrid working setup to maintain Dyson’s spirit of collaboration, creativity, and inventiveness in our dynamic workspaces.
Responsibilities:
As our Global Customer Acquisition Manager, you will be overseeing all PPC and paid media initiatives worldwide for the B2B Professional division, continuously optimising landing page conversion rates. You’ll assume full accountability for global accounts, aiming to maximise our return on advertising spend (ROAS) while constantly identifying novel avenues for performance enhancement. Your role entails close collaboration with key stakeholders across diverse geographical locations, as well as our global media agency, making you the primary liaison for all paid media undertakings.
In this capacity, you’ll be managing PPC expenditures for B2B Professional accounts globally, alongside other paid media channels such as Social and Programmatic. Your focus will be on driving account efficiencies and ROAS optimisation, perpetually testing and refining campaigns, and implementing innovative bidding strategies. Additionally, you’ll play a pivotal role in refining the customer journey and enhancing landing page conversion rates, contributing to the creation of new landing pages, and conducting A/B testing to fine-tune performance.
Your responsibilities will extend to collaborating with global stakeholders and internal analysts to enhance digital performance across various channels, managing extensive budgets, furnishing comprehensive reports and insights, and spearheading the integration of new technologies and strategies. Furthermore, you’ll analyse sales funnels and customer intent, oversee agency relationships, and provide ongoing training and support for PPC endeavours.
