*This position is a remote role based out of our Vancouver, BC or Toronto, ON office. *
Who you are
As Global Data Architect, you will lead the definition of data models and data flows and ensure the optimal design and implementation of global and cross-regional data solutions. You will work with regional and global resources to define solutions for global data projects and provide coaching on the implementation and execution of data models for data driven applications and analytics solutions.

What you bring

• 10 Years of progressive experience in data engineering and data Architecture roles
• Experience working with decentralized and distributed data architectures.
• Experience defining and documenting conceptual, logical and physical data models
• Experience defining data APIs and microservices using technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Azure Data Factory, Java or Python
• Working knowledge of data Engineering technologies such as Azure Data Bricks or Google DataProc, Python and PySpark
• Working knowledge Data integration and orchestration tools such as Azure Data Factory or Google Cloud Fusion
• Experience working with no-SQL and serverless environments and technologies.
• Exposure to Machine learning and Generative AI solutions a benefit

What success looks like

• Research, define and document conceptual, logical, and physical Data Models
• Guide the interpretation and implementation of the global data models.
• Define data pipelines and interfaces as required.
• Manage and document global data REST API library and management platforms.
• Provide solution architecture and design guidance on the data platform as required.
• Participate in defining and reviewing data Engineering best practices.
• Participate in the design of traditional and AI based Analysis and visualization solutions.

Approximate Salary Range for this Role: $90,307.00 to $186,732.00
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training
