The Global Digital Growth Manager
As the Global Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building, optimizing, and leading digital marketing efforts, overseeing and constructing web-based solutions, websites, email marketing, social media, SEO, and automation for DentalMonitoring. Reporting to the
Global Head of Commercial Excellence.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience, including hands-on experience in implementing lead generation strategies, email marketing campaigns, and paid ads.
• Experience living the start-up to scale-up journey is essential.
• Technologically savvy individual with proven experience implementing websites, email marketing campaigns, paid ads, and social media initiatives.
• Advanced Knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS, marketing automation, and graphic design software.
• Familiar with email marketing regulations and data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM).
• Excellent understanding of the sales process and customer journey in relation to digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms to optimize engagement.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex digital strategies into actionable plans.
• Outstanding communication skills, with fluency in English required. French and other language a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• Understand and map out the customer journey specific to the dental industry, identifying key touchpoints for optimization.

• Work with internal stakeholders to optimize communication and processes.
• Implement best practices ensuring compliance and effective email campaigns across global markets.
• Analyze marketing performance using KPIs.
• Manage and monitor analytics and reporting modules for websites, email automation, and social media.
• Drive groundbreaking social media and marketing programs in healthcare spaces. Ensure campaigns meet objectives and branding guidelines.
