Description:

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Experience in data analysis, consulting, or a related field with strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools
  • Experience with employee engagement surveys and other data collection methods with advanced use of Qualtrics (or industry competitor).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with predictive modelling and statistical analysis preferred
  • Consulting, change and project management skills

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

Imperial Brands is an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 26,000 employees who are looking or a Global Employee Experience Insights Manager to join the team in Bristol.
As we drive forward in our transformation, understanding our progress and opportunities to improve are vital to achieving our strategic goals. The Global Employee Experience Insights Manager will have their finger on the pulse, using commercial, people and financial insights to help target our listening strategy and key actions.
You will be a key member of the People and Culture team and play a crucial part in delivering the employee experience strategy across Imperial Brands.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Develop and execute an employee experience insights strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business strategy.
  • Analyse employee data from various sources to identify trends and insights.
  • Translate data insights, shape stories and communicate insights to wide range of business leaders and teams to help drive decision-making.
  • Consult and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement surveys and other data collection methods to gather ongoing employee feedback.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of employee experience initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Own the ongoing use and development of the Qualtrics platform and manage employee survey touch points at several key moments in the employee lifecycle.
  • Write and create survey items and design and utilise effective employee experience data visualization tools or dashboards to enable their use.
