To strengthen our international team we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Employer Branding expert to join our Global HR department. As a key member of the Global Talent team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing our global Talent Attraction strategy, positioning Munich Re as an Employer of Choice among top talent worldwide. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, both internally and externally, to build impactful initiatives aimed at attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent.
In this exciting role, you will closely collaborate with global business units, the broader Talent Management community, Communications & Brand, DEI, and TA teams across the globe, while also partnering with industry-leading external agencies. Prioritizing reaching our ambitious EB objectives as well as addressing ad hoc stakeholder requests, you’ll apply creativity and a data-driven approach to continuously test, learn, and implement improvements.
In addition to global responsibilities, you will partner with the team driving Employer Branding efforts at our headquarters in Munich, Germany, ensuring our position as an employer of choice is significantly strengthened locally as well.
