Our GLOBAL GRADUATE PROGRAM is a prestigious long-term training scheme aimed at developing your skills and expertise across multiple disciplines and nurturing talent for our organisation.
Launched in Europe, North and South America, the Program lasts four to five years working in various positions and geographical locations. You will be assigned a role in any of our EU/America locations and must be prepared to move for min 12 months.

• Undergo initial training period in our global headquarters in Hagen, Germany
• Manage your job duties in an assigned role in engineering, production or finance (you will change location and position every 12-18 months)
