BAT ARGENTINA IS LOOKING FOR A GLOBAL GRADUATE (TRAINEE) IN MARKETING: CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE / INSIGHTS / BRANDS / COMMERCIAL

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Bachelor’s Degree, graduation between (July 2021 - July 2024) in areas related.
• Previous Commercial or Digital experience (Desirable).
• Microsoft Office management: Advanced
• English level: Advanced/Fluent
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong leadership skills demonstrated through extra-curricular activities.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal and team-building skills.
• Energetic, resilient, agile, self-motivated, highly adaptable, and able to work independently.
• Nationally and internationally mobile.
• Intercultural proficiencies from international experience or personal background (Desirable).

The role is part of the Marketing area.

Our Global Graduate Program is an 18-months, fast-track development program to a management job for high potential fresh graduates and young professionals!
The aim of the program is to raise future leaders of BAT. Our Graduate Program helps you to develop outstanding skills - full of understanding the dynamics of the market you are operating in.
