YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Position Summary: Lead our global Procurement & Supply Management department to optimize the total cost of ownership for parts and services, aligning purchasing processes with business objectives and promoting sustainable practices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement a global procurement strategy that enhances efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness across all production sites.
- Understand and influence the cost structure and supplier trends to maintain competitive pricing and conditions.
- Conduct market analyses and vet potential suppliers to uphold our standards for quality and reliability.
- Negotiate terms to ensure favorable pricing, payment terms, and service level agreements; manage comprehensive contract negotiations.
- Foster stable, long-term relationships with key global suppliers and maintain robust supplier performance metrics.
- Lead a diverse global purchasing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
