You like to accompany change processes and actively contribute as a sparring partner to our senior managers.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 5 years of experience as HRBP in an international context, good understanding of all HR processes along the employee lifecycle
  • Completed studies in the field of social or economic sciences with a focus on HR (e.g. sociology, organizational psychology) ideally incl. training in systemic coaching, organizational development and/or conflict management
  • High level of communication skills, empathy, trustworthy and winning personality, solution-oriented mindset
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, intercultural competence
  • Good knowledge of Austrian labor law, additional knowledge of the KV metal industry is an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Sparring partner for PALFINGER senior management and their management teams in the Global Headquarters (consulting, coaching, managing HR processes along the entire employee life cycle)
  • Change Management: Leading change processes and organizational development processes and projects (designing concepts, conducting workshops, etc.)
  • Talent management (e.g. creation and evaluation of career development plans, implementation of corporate measures, trainings etc.)
  • HR Controlling (e.g. workforce planning in close collaboration with Finance and HR Controlling, KPI based steering of HR processes)
  • Recruitment of senior level positions
  • Employer Relation Management (e.g. cooperation with works council, unions)
  • Opportunity to work in or lead cross-functional HR projects
