REQUIREMENTS
- You have a completed degree (Master or Diploma) in the field of economics, law or humanities or comparable.
- You have already gained several years of experience (at least 8 years) in strategic human resources management of a global company, ideally in an industrial environment.
- HR is your passion - you are used to working with managers from the upper and executive level and convince in consulting through entrepreneurial understanding and an empathetic, confident and binding appearance as well as a value-oriented leadership understanding.
- You have in-depth knowledge of operational and strategic HR processes and have experience in leading global projects and change management processes.
- You have high problem-solving and communication skills, enjoy working independently, question the status quo and enjoy innovative HR work in a team.
- You are used to bringing different stakeholders together and working on concepts and keep a cool head even in stormy times.
- You are willing to acquire in-depth knowledge of the company, stakeholders and organizational processes in a short period of time.
- You have fluent German and English language skills.
