As Global HR Data and Program Coordinator (all genders) you will analyse and execute annual HR programs (i.e. Talent & development cycle, employee survey etc.) that are essential for our employees around the globe. You’ll collaborate with our Global Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and HR Business Partners (HRBP), playing a crucial role in ensuring flawless global program delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Global Program Execution: Support the analysis planning, coordination, and execution of key annual HR programs in close collaboration with CoEs and HRBPs.
  • Delivery Focus: Ensure that important delivery milestones (i.e. development sessions) are prepared in time and in quality.
  • Data Savviness: Track KPIs and provide CoEs and HRBPs with reports and data insights necessary for the preparation and execution of the annual programs.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and track critical success factors, ensuring the seamless local implementation of our global programs.
  • Methodological Excellence: Implement methodologies for HR process execution, developed in synergy with the global CoE team and HRBPs.
  • Process optimization and standardization: Continuously seek and identify improvement opportunities, using your holistic view on the program execution, providing actionable insights for increased efficiency and effectiveness in collaboration with Global Process Owners.
  • Risk Management: Proactively evaluate and mitigate potential risks, safeguarding the integrity of our program execution.
