Our client is a global industrial player with a well-established brand name going through an exciting transformation journey. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to head the HR Services function, leading a small team to provide HR operational support across the entire employee life cycle and also manage Compensation & Benefits operations.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Provide strong leadership to the team to deliver quality and timely HR services across 10 countries globally
- Manage C&B programme implementation and administration including payroll, tax and mobility matters
- Drive continuous process improvement and HR projects to achieve operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with HR policy and regulatory requirements while meeting service deliverables
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- Degree qualified with solid understanding of HR processes and operations, ideally with experience from multinationals within the industrial sector
- Professional HR certification eg IHRP, CIPD will be a plus
- HR experience across APAC or SEA is a must, with solid understanding of local labour laws and legislations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in driving process improvement and change initiatives
- Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task to manage multiple projects while maintaining a close attention to detail.
