Description:
The Global HR department at our Headquarters in Hamburg, Germany, is looking for a highly motivated and dedicated candidate to assume the position as Corporate HRIS Analyst.
Job Title: Corporate HRIS Analyst (all genders)
Location: Germany, France, Italy or the UK
As HRIS Analyst your key responsibilities will include
- Be in charge of the creation, development and maintenance of HR reporting, analytics and dashboards
- Create and maintain custom reports to support HR and business needs
- Ensure the maintenance and continuous improvement of Workday modules
- Participate in the creation, coordination and continuous improvement of Global HR processes
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand their data and process requirements and translate then into Workday solution
- Support system testing for all changes in configuration providing UAT sheets for audit purposes
- Responsible for cleansing data within Workday working with stakeholders to ensure data integrity at all times
- Serve as the first point of contact for a wide range of HR System-related queries from employees or internal customers to determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided.
- Identify trends and common issues in employee queries or issues and work with the HRIS Team to provide improvements.
Qualification & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Finance or a related field with work experience in an HRIS role
- Solid skills and knowledge of HR Analytics
- Proficiency in Workday HCM and at least one other module (e.g., Time Tracking, Payroll, Benefits and Advanced Compensation)
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience in creating custom reports and dashboards in Workday
