Description:
Advantest Human Capital organization manages all aspects of the employee experience and is looking for a candidate who thrives in a dynamic environment, challenges the status quo and strives for continuous improvement.
The field of activity of this position covers a variety of Human Capital (HC) processes on a companywide level with primary focus on global compensation and talent management:
- Support the execution of company’s international compensation program, which includes processing the annual cycles of salary review, coordinating benchmark surveys, managing administering the position evaluation and salary benchmarking analysis to determine appropriate salary grades.
- Assist on the administration of salary increase and bonus cycles and conduct ad-hoc analysis.
- Maintain job codes and pay bands in the HRIS system.
- Support the development and implementation of employee performance management program.
- Involved in process design reviews to identify areas for operational improvements and support the implementation of solutions partnering closely with IT and HC teams.
- Support new initiatives and contribute to various other projects to continuously optimize HR programs and technology solutions.
- Work cross-regionally with Human Capital Teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration.
- Desired experience and knowledge in a global setting.
- Analytical and data analysis skills.
- Excellent command of English, as primary business language.
- Digital dexterity and knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
- Ability to handle sensitive and company private HC information with high degree of confidentiality.
- International mindset and experience is a plus.
- Flexible and adaptable to early or late day work schedule to accommodate different time zones.
- Ability to build effective relationships and team collaboration in a matrix environment.
- Must represent and be a steward of Advantest culture and values.
