REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or other related disciplines
- Minimum 3 year experience working in the front office of a top tier Investment Bank
- Transaction experience and proficiency with industry trends strongly preferred
- Highly driven, detail-oriented, diligent with strong analytical, communication and writing skills
- Ability to interact comfortably with business clients and management
- Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently and in team
- Strong financial modelling skills

Responsibilities:
- You will work with senior bankers in originating, structuring and executing financing and advisory transactions across various products including M&As, IPOs, bonds, loans and structured products
- You will act as the primary day-to-day client point of contact and lead banker on deals with a focus on Australia, but also have the opportunity to work on global cross border deals involving Australian clients
- You will develop content in marketing/execution materials for maximum client impact
- You will liaise with other internal and external parties on transactions (eg. lawyers, accountants, third party consultants)
- You will participate in business and company events to identify new business opportunities and pitch for new clients
