Lillet has global ambition with already remarkable success in key regions, notably in Germany, where the brand was launched in 2013. Since then, it has become the PR Deutschland number one brand and a strong player within the growing aperitif category.

To fuel our growth and to strengthen our creative team, we are looking for a Global Junior Creative Content Manager (m/f/d) on brand Lillet to contribute to:

  • Developing the creative content strategy
  • Leading global social media platforms
  • Managing relationship with creative agencies and partners
  • Managing internal brand assets

Position located in Cologne within PR Deutschland entity, but with a management dotted line with Lillet brand owner in Paris.

Missions and main responsibilities

  • Bring Lillet to the next creative level, developing superior, unique, and creative communications, content, and experience, while ensuring global consistency:
  • Enhance consumer centricity and brand relevancy, fueling creative development with strong cultural insights.
  • Elevate the global brand consistency by developing superior creative content that is relevant for all markets.

In close collaboration with the Brand Owner team and the Market Companies, the Global Junior Creative Content Manager – Lillet will support the Global Creative Content Manager to:

  • Develop global assets, brand guidelines and market adaptations (TV, Digital, social media, BTL)
  • Manage relationship with creative agencies and creative partners (incl. cost control)
  • Optimize creative guidelines for content creation and develop creative toolkits for markets to educate on how to use and adapt global assets.
  • Lead global social media platforms (content, development monthly calendars, ToV, community management)
  • Ensure brand and image consistency across owned platforms (web, social media, POS, events)
  • Collaborate with the team on brand strategy, innovation, partnerships supporting the creative strategy behind each project.
  • Manage relationship with cross-functional teams and Market Companies (Pernod Ricard affiliates) to ensure asset requests and needs are met.
  • Organize and cascade brand assets within Pernod-managed platforms (MyBrands 2.0)
  • Manage rights and usage of assets with agencies and markets to support them in renewals/purchase.
  • Manage the creative budget.

Your Profile

  • University degree in business/marketing or related field
  • 3 years of professional experience on a lifestyle brand or in the drinks or FMCG industry
  • Experience in developing global and/or local creative campaigns.
  • Experience in leading creative development with multiple stakeholders, including agencies.
  • Strong proactivity and ability to manage tasks with remote management.
  • Ability to collaborate, plan and align as well as to instill trust.
  • Fast learner with a will to cultivate innovation and drive results.
  • Tech Savvy and customer-focused
  • Experience with photoshop/editing software a plus
  • Languages: English, advanced mandatory. French & German as a plus
  • Tools: Powerpoint, Excel, photoshop/editing software
