As Global Key Account Manager you will be responsible to grow revenue and market share at defined global end-customers in close collaboration with the regional sales team. You will drive the required activities in all regions where the end-customer is active and has potential to buy and deploy Universal Robots’ products and services.
This Position is required to be in in Germany. Working from home office is possible as well as working from our office in in Munich.
This position will require regular travel and you should assume 50% of your time being with your customers, in Germany, Europe and globally.

Responsibilities:

The Global Key Account Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of the global account strategy:

  • Understand the customer’s global decision-making process
  • Develop and maintain the Account Plan including 3-years revenue and headcount planning
  • Maintain the customer relationship and pipeline planning in CRM (MS Dynamics and in near Future Salesforce)
  • Built-up global relationship to key people on all levels and connect them to the regional UR team
  • Define and implement programs and major milestones to support the strategy
  • Drive the tactical, cross-functional activities drive global project execution
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams to make sure the customer will be globally supported, and activities will be executed
  • Perform regular reviews with the global team and the customer
  • Define marketing communication campaigns related to the Global Key Account (Account Based Marketing)
  • Organize regular innovation days and roadmap workshops
