Global Key User, 3DExperience

Are you our new 3DExperience professional with a proactive and forward-thinking mindset?
We are looking for 3DExperience Key User to our global SER BL management system team to strengthen 3DExperience platform implementation. The primary responsibility is to support global 3DExperience platform rollouts as a 3DExperience specialist. Implementation support varies from very production-oriented cases to more engineering intensity project type of cases. Secondary responsibility is to participate of developing and piloting new concepts to enable different business requirements to 3DExperience platform.

Your main responsibilities in this role are:

• Develop in-depth understanding of 3DExperience platform related processes and functionalities built into 3DExperience platform and other related surrounding systems
• During rollouts:
• Work together, support and guide the Rollout organizations over the rollout projects in 3DExperience platform related activities
• Provide high-level overview of the process and systems to the local organization
• Ensure unified way of working following global process descriptions
• Ensure successful go-live with other related activities
• Define and document 3DExperience operative use processes (production execution, workshop maintenances, field services)

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from mechanical engineering, industrial management/knowledge management or equal field
• 3DExperience engineering side experience is mandatory:
• Minimum 3 years experience of advanced structure management in 3DExperience platform (product modelling, configurable models etc.)
• Earlier 3DExperience related training & supporting work experience is seen as advantage
• Good organizational skills and proactive way of working
• Ability to work well under pressure and help in keeping others’ positive and motivated
• Lean & continuous improvement experience is a plus
• Good communication skills and fluent language skills, both written and verbal in English is a must
• Willingness & ability travel on an international basis (40-60 days/year)
• Good problem-solving skills
