Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global LCL Network Manager to lead the design, expansion, and optimization of our global LCL network in our Sea Logistics team

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Shipping or Logistics; Master’s degree preferred;
  • 10+years of experience in project management, international experience and leadership;
  • Extensive knowledge of freight forwarding, import/export LCL, strong MS Office skills, high analytical skills and experience in P/L management;
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and risk management skills; excellent organizational, analytical and communication abilities;
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

You will be responsible for overseeing the design and optimization of the Global LCL Network. It demands a deep understanding of global market dynamics and detailed data analytics to evaluate cargo flows and identify future network opportunities. You will collaborate closely with all sales channels to optimize and expand the network portfolio, aligning tender pricing for lane expansion and e commerce/SME pricing to enhance SACO box utilization.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Centrally lead the design, expansion and optimization for our global LCL network;
  • Team Lead of the Global LCL Network team;
  • SACO utilization: continuously improve our utilization factors;
  • CFS Contract Management: create central visibility of all contracts;
  • Actively steer and execute the global strategy in cooperation with countries;
  • Optimize cost and gross profit on a lane/trade basis;
  • Work closely with the Global Sea Logistics Technology & Business Intelligence team.
