• Establish and implement the GRC organization, ensuring effective structure and processes.
• Develop, implement and ensure compliance with GRC policies and coordinate global GRC training initiatives, including e-learning and consulting services for employees, executives and level managers
• Establish GRC internal management reporting; ensure timely external reporting based on legal requirements as for CSRD, Supply Chain Act
• Streamline external service providers and compliance auditors, support external authorities if needed
• Handle incoming hints, communicate with whistleblowers, and provide recommendations on necessary actions to proceed
• Assist in and execute ad hoc audits globally, ensuring readiness and compliance
• Lead and manage the GRC team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
• Oversee contract management for legal support, particularly for intra-company and legal entity contracts
