Responsibilities:
WHAT THE ROLE IS
Are you a natural teacher with a keen eye for training others? Do you possess a burning passion for travel and the creation of unforgettable experiences? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We’re on the lookout for a motivated Global Learning and Development Intern who is eager to dive into the world of training. This role offers an incredible chance to gain hands-on experience in crafting training programs for over 100+ locations spanning across 20+ countries. If you’re ready to embark on a journey where your creativity and love for travel converge, then this internship is tailor-made for you!
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Assist in the development and implementation of learning strategies;
- Assist in the creation and design of e-courses and workshops;
- Assist in the design of branded content and supporting strategies;
- Monitor ongoing L&D projects and deliveries;
- Participate in conducting surveys and gathering data for evaluation of training projects;
- Assist the L&D managers with administrative tasks of the department.
WHAT YOU NEED FOR THE ROLE
- Strong communication and organizational management skills;
- Knowledge of Google Office suites;
- Basic data management and analytical skills;
- Fluency in English mandatory. Portuguese, Spanish and/or Hebrew are a plus!
- High sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
- Be able to provide a college agreement confirming the internship.
- Be able to provide insurance certification.
