Power to consumers, seamless consumer journey, platform explosion, big data… The Global Media team is investing in Strategies, Guidelines and Pilots to drive an integrated Media best-in-class framework incl. Precision Marketing and Excellence in Strategy, Planning and Ad-Tech. We are hiring the role of Global Manager Google and Search. Your main responsibilities will be :

  • Drive and execute a global search strategy for the Beiersdorf businesses, in partnership with the global Comms Teams, the regional Media Teams, Categories and local markets
  • Increase visibility and drive demand for our brands, with strong focus on organic & paid search across big platforms such as Google
  • Negotiating and managing the global JBP Partnership with Google to ensure best-in-class support and services for our ambitious digital future
  • Ensure Golden Rules on Google incl. Youtube, DV360 as well as Search are up-to-date and constantly challenged within a global Test and Learn Agenda
  • Ensure that all regions have the necessary expertise, understanding and investment to play Search on an excellent level; set the framework and scale best practice as well as the right Agency setup together with the Regional partners
  • Being the expert on global level for all Google related topics incl. the full rollout of GMP, Ad Manager, DV360, GA4 as well as future Google products relevant for Media execution
