About this role
This is a newly created position to join the Primary care business unit as the Brand Lead. Your role is a unique position within the Urology and Women’s health therapeutic areas. Your role will be located in Sydney, NSW and will be an office-based role at our head offices in Macquarie Park.
Your focus will primarily be to develop and implement overall commercial strategy and programmes for your assigned Brands and Therapeutic Areas of focus.
As the lead for this highly important therapeutic area, this is a career positive move to evoke and implement necessary change. You will be highly suited to a role like this as someone who is tenacious, self-motivated and thrives from providing leadership without authority.
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Be able to demonstrate extensive experience in marketing brand management for Pharmaceuticals and Primary care products.
Provide significant decision-making and conduct P&L responsibilities.
Demonstrated foundational OCO/MCE marketing.
Demonstrated leadership/influence without authority.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Strategic planner
Exceptional data, analytical, business prioritisation and planning skills.
Strong project management skills
High comfort and agility with technologies
EDUCATION:
Preferred bachelor’s degree in science, Business or equivalent
Responsibilities:
Be responsible to meet/exceed P&L
Manage and own full marketing mix for assigned customer segments, meeting/exceeding commercial KPIs
Develop deep market and customer insights and programs to meet/exceed strategic and performance brand objectives. This is to include Omni/Multichannel Customer Experience programs to all appropriate external stakeholders.
Innovate in new and emerging channels.
