Our Global Mobility Solutions team, is going through a major transformation, with a new strategy, offering and focus. We are looking for the right candidate to join a developing team at grass roots level, helping to continue shaping and building our practice and take it to the next level.
Our team consists of Consultants and Analysts at all levels, each with individual skill sets, experience and background, bringing their own contribution and expertise to a close and collaborative team.

  • Designing and implementing policies and processes, fit for purpose
  • Reviewing, selecting and managing the right external partners

Responsibilities:

The Analyst will play a crucial part in managing the end-to-end global mobility process for corporate employees throughout their relocation, primarily focused on supporting:

  • Overseeing assigned client relocation programs, managing, and consulting all service components for international relocations
  • Provide a thorough explanation of the relocation process and policies to the employees
  • Communicate changes to senior management and liaise with the employee on assignment-related activities
  • Ensure a positive experience for each employee and their family by delivering service excellence
  • Be the main point of coordination between third-party service partners and employees
  • Manage costs connected to the relocation process
  • Aim to minimise costs and ensure data is recorded and correctly managed
  • Ensure compliance regulations are adhered to
  • strategic/ advisory client projects, of low to moderate complexity
  • employee facing relocation support
  • compensation related tasks (cost projection, COLA’s, etc)
  • Conducts research, analysis and prepares draft materials/ reports for other members of the team
  • Systematically draws information from a variety of sources, analyzes and identifies implications of data, draws appropriate conclusions, generates viable alternatives, and evaluates consequences of each solution
  • Performing data collection, data entry, and analytical work and report preparation, with our offshore team
  • Creation of deliverables including but not limited to; strategic / advisory report materials, management of employee facing communication, coordination with strategic partners and ad-hoc requirements from time to time
  • Working in conjunction with sales, client service and support service centre colleagues to support the delivery of compliant, cost effective and administratively efficient process to align with their desired objectives/ market position
  • Provides on-going support with client project management including but not limited to; conference calls, webinars and email correspondence with corporate, regional and local clients, employees, partners and colleagues
  • Responds to a wide variety of specific International HR-related questions for internal team members or external clients through data research, international resources, and contacts
  • Collaborates with other team members to recommend solutions/provide technical reports on various client issues
  • Manages multiple projects and clients with oversight as needed to ensure the quality and timeliness of client deliverables
  • Creation of technical and financial report’s using our technology platform
  • Offers input and ideas for improving the effectiveness of products and procedures
  • Keeps abreast of all relevant laws, emerging regulations and trends
  • Performs special projects as assigned
  • Supports the consulting team with internal/ administrative tasks required in the management of the client e.g. billing, system updates, financial reporting
  • Where needed support the other teams in MBHRC (global risk solutions centre of excellence and global workforce strategy and consulting teams)
  • Plus any additional duties and respons

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3 years experience required in an analytical/ project management and /or mobility consultant role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite of Office Products
  • Knowledge of database systems and their functionalities
  • Knowledge of core technologies in support of global mobility services (assignment management, payroll and business travel tracking tools)
  • Excellent communication skills written and oral
  • Skilful research abilities
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a cross-functional client service team
  • Detail oriented and solid organizational skills
  • Solid analytical and problem solving skills
  • Able to handle confidential information with maximum discretion

Desirable:

  • Experience in Global Mobility Industry particularly in either assignment management, tax advisory and/or compensation
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in business, accounting, finance, international studies or human resources
  • Microsoft Excel expertise
  • Knowledgeable in using various analytical approaches to problem solving
  • Fluency in foreign languages desirable
