Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As a Global Operations Manager, you will:

  • Analyze forecasts and optimize resource allocation available.
  • Operational & continuous improvement reporting toward the client: WBR, MBR, and QBR according to the governance model validated with the client.
  • Leading action plan creation & execution to reach client targets.
  • Support new sites and new activities opening by sharing best practices and by including them in the current organization with a smooth process for the client & internally.
  • Measure cross-regional performance on critical metrics identify and share best practices across regions with the support of the local operational teams
  • Coordination & leadership regarding all resources working for this client: production & dedicated support functions teams
