Stellenbeschreibung

• Beschaffung von Software-Produkten
• Bestellungen prozessgetreu weiterbearbeiten und Dokumentationen durchführen
• Aktive Teilnahme an Telefonkonferenzen, u.a. mit deutschen Kollegen
• Kommunikation via E-Mail mit diversen Kontaktpersonen und deutschen Kollegen
• Eingehende Kundenanfragen an entsprechende Mitarbeiter*innen weiterleiten
• Sorgen für eine reibungslose Vermittlung und stellen sicher, dass Mitarbeiter ihre Kunden so effizient wie möglich beraten können

QUALIFIKATIONEN

• Excelkenntnisse
• Sie verfügen über gute Deutschkenntnisse
• Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
• Affinität und schnelle Lernfähigkeit auch zu neuen technischen Sachverhalten der IT
• Durchsetzungs- und Teamfähigkeit
• Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
• selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch und Zuverlässigkeit
• agiles Mindset
• Systeme: LIMA, Sharepoint
• License Management Grundlage (nice to have)
• Spaß an der Arbeit
