SUMMARY

Reporting to the VP, IC/PC Global Program Management, the Global Planview AdaptiveWork Administrator is responsible for the administration, maintenance, lite configuration, and governance of the system across the organization. The ideal candidate will have working experience with Planview AdaptiveWork or similar PM tool, an aptitude for information technology, and project management skills.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s of Science.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 1 year of experience in project management and using project management tools. Planview AdaptiveWork preferred;
  • Experience in managing project management tool implementations a plus;
  • Ability to take charge and lead any changes to the tool; solid understanding of the business to be able to recommend improvements;
  • Experience with AdaptiveWork or other project management software customization with issue types, workflows, screens, fields, permissions, user/group access controls, notifications, scheme settings, post functions/validators/conditions with workflow transitions a plus;
  • Global / inter-business unit thinker;
  • Highly self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively;
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication skills;
  • Strong attention to detail.
