What’s possible?
The role of Global Portfolio Soluions Program Manager is a heady mix of financial and risk management, pmo reporting, program governance and audit, pre-development pmo implementation support and continuous improvement and innovation Indeed, you’ll play a vital role in overseeing and delivering Nufarm’s pipeline. How? By generating program reports that provide deep insights, supporting high-priority projects with the construction of financial models and risk assessments, playing your part in the evolution of our pre-development project management office, and much more besides.

Responsibilities:

Providing financial modelling and risk assessment expertise
Establishing and maintaining standardised reporting procedures to ensure consistency and transparency
Overseeing a framework that ensures the governance of a project is matched to its priority level and sophistication
Advocating for, and implementing, continuous improvement initiatives in project management processes and tools
What you’ll need to bring
Strong analytical and financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, plus model development experience
Experience of developing reporting tools that deliver actional insights for swift, data-based decision-making by management
Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders at various levels
Proficiency using Project Management tools such as PMO365 would also be useful
