Are you passionate about process optimization and finding best solutions? This is an opportunity to work in a central role that bridges IT and the business where you will drive optimization and streamlining processes across the entire value chain.
You will join Central Warehouse & Serialisation. We are a part of LEO Pharma Global Logistics and Distributions. Our responsibility is to ensure License to Operate by implementing regulatory requirements for Serialisation and optimize processes around and at our Central Warehouse in the Netherlands.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

You will be collaborating closely with stakeholders across the value chain. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage stakeholders will be key in driving alignment and ensuring the successful implementation of changes. Additionally, your substantial understanding of IT and data exchange, along with your ability to navigate complex issues and make informed decisions, will be essential for driving continuous improvement and innovation.

We are looking for you who processes:

  • Solid expertise of SAP systems and their impact on production and warehouse operations.
  • Advanced understanding of IT system hierarchy, data exchange, and validation/documentation approach.
  • Good knowhow in serialization requirements for different markets and production and warehouse processes, including GDP requirements.
  • Business insights into supply chain complexities, end-to-end dependencies, and regulatory frameworks.

You will drive global continuous improvement initiatives, propose and prioritize changes, and play an integral role in shaping the future of serialization and production processes. Your ability to lead and train colleagues will further contribute to your growth and impact.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of serialization, production, and warehouse processes. You will collaborate with Global IT to define the global strategy for the Global Serialisation System Landscape and align and prioritize system solutions for our internal production sites, reporting progress to Supply Chain leaders.

Main tasks associated with your responsibility:

  • Ownership of the Global Serialisation User Requirement Specification (URS), ensuring the collection, prioritization, and anchoring of requirements from both business and authorities.
  • Leading, prioritizing, and coordinating the implementation of global technical requirements for serialization, ensuring timely and high-quality changes to global processes in compliance with GxP-standards.
  • Lead global continuous improvement initiatives in production, warehouse, and linked processes e.g. (planning, labs, and quality) by gathering inputs and prioritize in collaboration with Global IT.
  • Integration of serialization into operational business processes across the entire value chain, including the creation and maintenance of SOPs and work instructions.
  • Providing support on serialization-related matters, including inspections, processing requests and incidents, participating in related projects, and providing training and guidance to colleagues.

Your role will include gathering and prioritizing requirements from both business and authorities, leading the implementation of global technical requirements, and ensuring timely and high-quality changes to global processes in a GxP-environment.
