• Supporting Verizon’s internal customer base with complex requests for goods and services.
• Supporting requisition requests in Ariba, SRM and direct SAP entry.
• Managing assigned ticket queues in line with SLA’s.
• Partnering with Verizon internal customers to problem solve issues and resolve errors.
• Partnering with suppliers for complex requisition processing.
• Managing Key Performance Indicator attainment.
• Maintaining 100% Sarbanes Oxley and internal audit compliance.
• Building solutions for expedited requests and escalations.
• Providing feedback and testing for any Verizon system enhancements

As a graduate with Verizon Services Ireland’s Centre of Excellence for supply chain, procurement, and strategic sourcing in Limerick, you’ll be working with some of the best professionals in the procurement field. This role introduces graduates to the complex nature of the global procurement at Verizon.
As our Requisition Desk Agent, you will support Verizon’s internal customer base with complex requests for goods and services.
