Description:
EXPERIENCE
- Deep analytic skills
- SAP and Microsoft knowledge
- E-platform knowledge- e.g. Ariba nice to have
- Problem solver skills
- Good interpersonal skills (able to build relationships over the phone without meeting suppliers / customers on a regular basis)
- Procurement and analytical background.
- 1-3 years general business experience; 1-2 years in procurement related function of middle sized or large organization with posting environment e.g. Administrator or processor, or Customer Service or Call Centre background would be helpful
- Demonstrable track record of commercial experience in buying indirects.
- Temporary position - 6 months period

Responsibilities:
- Develop suppliers and projects for each category assuring best cost (Executer)
- Ensure YOY Productivity/TCO/Rebates for each category Process (Executer)
- Develop 7 Steps Procurement strategy for each category (Executer)
- Develop Productivity projects (Executer)
- Establish the continuous improvements in processes working with internal users and suppliers (Providing Consultation)
- Payment terms negotiations (Executer)
- Develop and follow up of SLA´s of each category in order to have better services and practices (Executer – Being Informed)
- Provide answers to internal users and suppliers referent to any part of the purchase process (SAP, Ariba, etc) (Providing Consultation
