The Global Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) department is responsible for functional leadership of CS&L capabilities and programs. The Product Analyst role sits in the Global Logistics capability team and supports the Product Owner in the area of Transportation Management to manage, maintain and further improve the digital products and solutions in this space.
IMPORTANT SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Has deep understanding and experience of Logistics operations and the importance of creating value for the business with digital products, focussed on transportation.
- Has experience developing / implementing / maintaining a Transportation Management System (TMS) e.g. SAP / Oracle or similar.
- Has knowledge and experience within an agile work environment
- Has experience with architecture frameworks and affinity with technology
- Takes the lead and has strong relationship skills to influence, support and drive priorities
- Has the ability to continuously zoom in and out where needed
- Has the ability to work collaboratively with others and navigate complex decision making
- Proven performance in the Heineken behaviours: Connect, Shape, Deliver, Develop.
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Fluent in English (verbal, written), other languages will be considered as an advantage.

Responsibilities:
As a product analyst you will:
- Support the product owner with maintenance and development of the processes and digital products.
- Facilitate the product development sprint process within the available budget
- Work in close collaboration with the Product Owner to ensure the pre-conditions for an engaging and empowering work environment so the team can work optimally
- Enable the Program team to deploy the product(s) in scope on time in full
- Work together with the stakeholders connected to the development of the digital product(s), including Suppliers, OpCos, Regions, D&T, Procurement and Program managers
- Measure and improve product user satisfaction, and ensure value delivery
- Support the product owner to develop and drive the strategic product vision and long term development and innovation roadmap
- Safeguard the product development budget in close collaboration with your D&T peers
- Keep track on innovations happening in the market within your area of responsibility
