About the Role:
In this hands-on role, you will be the driving force behind our assigned air filter product groups. A global role with an emphasis on our European organization one to two years. You’ll oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept and design all the way through to production, launch, and end-of-life management. You’ll collaborate closely with various teams across the organization, ensuring seamless product development and market success.
Responsibilities:
- Spearheading Air Filter Innovation: You’ll lead assigned product lines from concept to launch and beyond, overseeing design, prototyping, testing, and market success.
- Driving Efficiency & Differentiation: Collaborate globally to standardize products, reduce costs, and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Customer-Centric Focus: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs through collaboration and identify market gaps for new product ideas that drive growth.
- Strategic Leadership: Secure internal and external buy-in for your product vision, develop pricing strategies, and translate product plans into actionable steps.
- Accelerated Time-to-Market: Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver prototypes quickly and efficiently, and spearhead product launches.
- Product Champion: Act as an advocate for your assigned products, ensuring clear messaging and building awareness internally and externally.
- Voice of the Customer: Represent the company by gathering customer feedback to inform future product development.
