JOB DESCRIPTION

Motorola Solutions is building talent pipelines to meet future hiring demands. This is a pipeline role, while there may not be an immediate opening, we want to build relationships with prospective candidates. If your background is a match to our requirements, we will follow up with an exploratory conversation.

In this role you will direct the development of company market requirements for specific products or product lines, including:

  • Product strategy definition.
  • Requirement analysis, and pricing.
  • Interacting with engineering and product management, developing business plans.
  • Managing lifecycles, and product positioning in the marketplace.
  • Overseeing market research and product concept testing, monitoring competitive activity, and identifying customer needs.
  • Contributing to the development of product specifications and requirements.
  • Identifying and developing products that align to channel strategies.
  • Coordinating and overseeing the execution of advertising and promotional programs to ensure profits meet objectives.

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1+ years of professional experience.
