As an EMC/IOCAP Engineer, manage both IOCAP and EMC testing. Support
and test Micron Component level products for Qualifications, Characterizations,
and EMI performance. Initiate and drive analysis and testing programs to
determine the electromagnetic emissions and/or electromagnetic immunity of
Micron products. Suggest and develop test methodologies and systems to ensure
products can be tested to appropriate customer, compliance, and regulatory
standards. Work closely with the BU’s and other Micron engineering teams
and/or external contracted engineering teams to ensure test solutions developed
meet the needs of the customer and can be delivered on time. Review, postprocess, and analyze EMI test and characterization data to help identify a
benchmark and understand Micron component level performance. Ensure
hardware and software are enabled and readily available. Support the test and
measurement of the device. Analyze and post-processing test results. Consult
with internal and external engineering groups to provide solutions to IOCAP and
EMC problems. Design cost effective solutions to a variety of Micron system
problems.
