Would you embrace the challenge of being part of a thriving global business where you can explore new ideas, get creative, be heard and have some fun along the way ? Then unearth the possibilities at Nufarm and see how far your career could take you.
How can you unearth the possibilities with Nufarm?
The dependable partner behind thousands of agricultural success stories, at Nufarm we’ve been finding better ways to fight weeds and disease and increase our customers crop yields for over 100 years. Indeed, it’s their ever-changing needs that inspires us to stay agile and create an energetic work environment where, together, we can all make a difference. Join us, and you’ll feel empowered to be who you are and unlock your potential, in a place where we trust and respect one another and celebrate our differences.
What’s possible?
Leading the regulatory management in the pre-development of innovative solutions is just one aspect of this rewarding role. As Global Regulatory Affairs Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the early alignment of regulatory and data generation strategy for Nufarm’s global assets. What’s more, you’ll be pivotal in advising on, and executing, a global sourcing strategy from a regulatory standpoint, with the end objective of continuous compliance. The location of this role is flexible.

Responsibilities:

Working closely with the leads for process chemistry, discovery, formulation, product development, and regulatory science, and providing recommendation as to the viability of the pre-development pipeline.
Running data gap analysis according to global regulatory requirements and advising on synergies across regions to optimise business cases.
Actively contributing to knowledge sharing within the Nufarm regulatory affairs community.
Representing Nufarm and defending the company strategy in Task Forces and within industry associations and supporting and defending global projects with the relevant regulatory authorities.
What you’ll need to bring
We’ll be looking for a minimum of a bachelor’s degree Level or equivalent qualifications in science (e.g., Chemistry, Agronomy, Biology) or a related field. You’ll also have extensive relevant experience of regulatory requirements across the regions where Nufarm operates.
