WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

· Previous experience working within luxury retail. Skin care or fragrance experience preferable.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and Adobe Creative Cloud applications
· Experience with LMS functionality, such as Workday or similar.
· Comfortability with Articulate 360 would be desirable
· Keen interest in developing a career in retail training and/or learning & development

Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Global Retail Training Design Manager, the Global Retail Training and Capability Coordinator will primarily manage the coordination and implementation of Global training materials across product, customer experience, and capability projects. Additionally, the Global Retail Training and Capability Coordinator will support the wider Retail Team where required.
Role responsibilities include, but not limited to –
· Own the implementation of all new training programs onto the LMS platforms and Share Point, in line with product and capability project launches.
· Present clear and considered improvements relating to program implementation during kick-off and key update meetings that positively reflect the end user experience.
· Track the success of learning campaigns with a view to share with the Global Retail Training Design Manager and wider Global Retail Training team.
· Work closely with the Retail Learning Coordinator to support Global Retail Training Designer with BAU updates across all relevant retail training materials on the LMS platform, Articulate 360, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
· Prioritise and track deliverables within the wider Global Retail Training team, managing project timelines, deadlines, and requests.
· Ensure internal and external SharePoint folders and filing is maintained and up to date with current materials.
· Manage the internal translations process and internal review relationships in partnership with Global Retail Operations to ensure a smooth and timely translation of all learning materials, within budget.
· Support Global Head of Training & Capability and Global Head of Retail Operations in organising functional team meetings by working collaboratively across Global Retail team to source key information in a timely manner, placing into engaging and on-brand presentations.
· Manage all invoices, information requests and queries relating to the Global Retail team in a timely and accurate manner.
· Participate actively in wider team meetings, taking minutes and disseminating information succinctly to relevant stakeholders.
This is a full-time position operating with a hybrid working pattern on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
