Responsibilities:

YOUR TASKS

As a Global Rewards Project Analyst, you will be supporting our Rewards initiatives, with primary focus on Incentives Excellence 2025 Project. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive impactful projects, and contribute to the success of our global rewards strategy.

YOUR TASKS:

  • Collaboration: Work closely with workstream leads to deliver the Remuneration 2025 initiative, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration.
  • Stakeholder alignment: Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders, keeping them informed, and connected throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to derive insights, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to the core team.
  • Presentation Support: Assist the core team in creating compelling presentations to effectively communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations.
  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meeting schedules across various stakeholder groups, ensuring efficient utilization of time and resources.
