Responsibilities:

  • Service existing accounts and seek new customers, focusing on both polymer and non-polymeric applications. Provide market insights to commercial management.
  • Develop existing business relationships and manage pricing effectively.
  • Expand customer base through prospecting and technical sales approaches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
  • Create and execute annual sales plans aligned with company strategy.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and meet budgetary goals.
  • Conduct regular customer calls and follow up on leads promptly.
