As the Global Head of Sales for the Distribution Transformer Business, you will lead a dynamic and diverse international sales team, responsible for creating and implementing strategic plans across the global landscape. This includes identifying business needs, market potential, and innovative strategies for Distribution Transformers, ensuring business growth and long-term success while maintaining a steadfast focus on safety, zero harm, and customer satisfaction. You are accountable for achieving and surpassing financial targets, spearheading global initiatives, and fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and inclusivity within the organization. This role oversees regional Sales Heads, and is pivotal in aligning global sales strategies with local market dynamics. Not only are you accountable for the financial results according to set targets, but you are also consistently striving to exceeding them, successfully leading the team to reach an OE of ~800 Mio EUR.
