Role: GSOC Operator
Location: Dublin
Role Type: Permanent
Schedule: Night shifts, full time
Rate: 18.65 eur per hour

DESIRABLE SKILLS;


  • Exposure to access management control systems

  • Experience in Travel Tracker or a similar platform

  • Experience in NC4 Risk Center or similar

  • Knowledge of Security Systems procedures

  • Previous GSOC/RSOC/SOC/ARC or similar experience

  • Hold current PSA

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of the GSOC Operator include but are not limited to*:

Answering routine and emergency calls
-
Monitoring alarms and video equipment including fire alarms, door alarms and duress alarms
-
Providing general assistance to employees, vendors and guests
-
Evaluating global incidents that may impact client its offices & people, and escalating accordingly to security management and subsequently to other business units
-
The GSOC operator communicates and disseminates information using established communication vehicles to key partners using best practices
-
The GSOC operator takes an active role in position-related projects
-
The levels of responsibility will vary from consulting to owning projects based on the individual operator.

Acts as a liaison between all departments

Manages the access control system alarms
-
Monitors radio traffic of local and remote sites
-
Evaluates Travel Notifications and alerts travellers with potential impact
-
Checks to ensure all Access Control, CCTV and other tools are working properly
-
Uses the tools provided to assist in the information gathering and intelligence analysis of researched material
