THE EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • A solid history of crafting and launching successful global brand strategies in FMCG or consumer health sectors.
  • Clear, collaborative communication style, with a knack for fostering meaningful stakeholder relationships.
  • Proven expertise in navigating diverse global markets and tailoring strategies to unique environments.
  • Adept in leveraging data-driven insights to fire up innovation and sustain product development cycles.
  • Experience with eCommerce and an understanding of leveraging online platforms for brand growth.
  • Proficiency in negotiating and shaping deals that benefit the organisation and enhance marketing optimisation.

In summary, you’ll:

  • Partner with Global shopper marketing team, deliver and activate guidelines and toolkits for strategic segments and innovation projects to unlock best in class in market activations.
  • Be the lead contact for specific Veet countries/regions – including supporting on local strategy and executions, adapting global strategy and innovations where needed to best fit regional insights, leading and presenting yearly deployment meetings to senior stakeholders.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams across several global functions, guiding them and collaborating with them to deliver the strategy for his segments and projects of responsibility.
  • Partner with key stakeholders in the local markets across marketing media and sales/trade marketing to support their localization of the global strategy.
  • Partner with external agencies and external suppliers supporting the development and delivery of his projects

The role of Global Senior Brand Manager is to support the development of end-to-end strategy and innovation for Veet, with specific leadership of one of the Veet core segments (Creams or Waxes). The role is also the lead contact for specific countries/Regions.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
